Our introductory Electrical and HVAC 80-hour bootcamp is designed for individuals who are interested in the trade but have limited or little experience of being in the labor industry or working with hand and power tools. The goal of this program is to create industry prepared and jobsite productive potential workers for employers, while also giving participants a basic understanding of Electrical and HVAC prior either starting a job or enrolling in our “Train to Hire” Program. This is a 10-week training course which takes place either once a week from 8am to 4pm or twice a week from 5pm to 9pm. All classes will start the third week in June and be held at our facility in Souderton, PA.
The curriculum for this program will be heavily focused on jobsite applications and hands-on learning. Students participating in this program will gain knowledge in jobsite safety applications, extensive use of hand tools and power tools, and understanding of trade specific material, and trade related skills that will help them get hired and be productive on a perspective employers jobsite immediately.
Students who go through this course will obtain the following:
- Safety Certifications – Including OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR/AED, Fall protection, Lift Training, Lock Out / Tag Out, and Confined Space Training.
- Hand Tools Training.
- Power Tool Training.
- Electrical / HVAC Skill Training.
- Basic Employability Skills – Including resume building, mock interviews and a Job Fair in August 2026.
