Universal Academy offers an 80-hour introductory course designed to teach the fundamentals of electrical & HVAC knowledge, safety, and hands-on jobsite skills. Built on the NCCER curriculum and approved by the state of Pennsylvania, the courses prepare participants for entry into the electrical & HVAC field or advancement on the jobsite. Trainees who choose to enter the full apprenticeship program can apply completed hours from this course toward their journeyworker certification.

From OSHA 10/30 to Arc Flash, CPR/First Aid, and Fall Protection, our certified courses ensure your team is trained, compliant, and ready to work safely.
